Since 2023
A practice built around the parts of software that break later.
Maxcellencehub Ltd has spent 3 years on systems after launch day: the release that regressed, the query that stopped scaling, the agent that worked in the demo.
Why the six practices sit together.
Specialist vendors optimise for their own deliverable. The penetration testing firm reports a finding and leaves. The mobile agency ships against an API nobody load tested. The QA contractor writes a suite the team abandons two sprints later because nobody owns it. Each is competent, and the failures land in the seams between them.
We kept the disciplines under one roof because that is where the expensive problems actually live. A threat model written during design is cheaper than a penetration test finding after launch. An evaluation harness built alongside an agent is cheaper than discovering six weeks later that a prompt change quietly broke a third of the cases.
The practical result is that nobody on an engagement can say the problem belongs to another team, because there is no other team.
How we work.
Evidence before assertion
We do not report something as fixed until we have run it and read the output. A green build is a claim; the log is the proof.
The boring failure modes first
Most outages are not exotic. Before optimising anything clever, we check the connection pool, the missing index and the uncached request.
Write the decision down
Every non-obvious choice gets a short record of what we picked, what we rejected and what would change our minds. Future readers include us.
Say the uncomfortable thing early
If a deadline is not achievable or an approach is wrong, you hear it while it is still cheap to change, not in the retrospective.
Where we are.

Work with the team, not a handoff chain.
Send the problem and the constraints. We will tell you which of the six practices it actually needs, including when the answer is none of them.
